Sales Tax & Exemption Certificate Policies

Arlington Camera follows all current rules and guidelines regarding the collection and redemption of Sales Tax. In general, Arlington Camera has “nexus” such to collect sales tax for buyers in Texas, and certain other states from time to time (i.e. trade shows, etc.). According to the laws of the State of Texas, we are required to collect 8.25% sales tax from all Texas residents whether your purchase is made over the internet or in the store. 

However, if you are eligible for, and provide us with, a current sales tax exemption form, you will not be charged sales tax.
