Where are you located?
We are located in north Arlington in the Town north Shopping Center on the southeast corner of the intersection of Cooper Street and Randol Mill Road. Please refer to the Mapquest link or give us a call for more detailed directions.

Are you open on Sundays and holidays?
No, in an effort to give our employees an opportunity to be with their families, Arlington Camera is closed on Sundays and major holidays. However, we do offer our customers extended business hours during the busy Christmas season. Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10am until 7pm and Saturday from 10am until 6pm.

What is your sales tax policy?
According to the laws of the State of Texas, we are required to collect 8% sales tax from all Texas residents whether your purchase is made over the internet or in the store. If you provide us with a current sales tax exemption certificate, however, you will not be charged sales tax. Sales tax will also not be charged on merchandise sold and shipped to out of state residents.

Does Arlington Camera match prices with its competitors?
Our goal is to always strive to offer our customers the very best value for their money. We will match a local competitor’s advertised price on in stock merchandise whenever we possibly can. As a special note, when you are comparing prices be certain that you are comparing the exact merchandise. We do not match prices with competitors on the internet.

What is “MAP”?
Most pricing for all products we offer is listed with each item. As customer service and competitive pricing are priorities at Arlington Camera, we strive to keep all prices current. However on many items in our inventory, we are required to list only the Manufacturer’s Advertised Price, otherwise known as MAP. Once you actually enter our virtual store and place an item in your shopping cart, you may notice a decrease in the actual price you will be charged for the item when it is purchased. While this may be confusing, please realize that we want our customers to be happy and we are simply making every effort to offer you the best possible competitive pricing. Arlington Camera will also match prices within the local area whenever possible. We do not, however, guarantee to match internet prices nationwide.

Can I order an item that is out of stock?
Yes, you can. Due to the extreme popularity and product availability of certain items, you may be placed on a waiting list. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as the item becomes available.

Is everything you have in the store offered on your website?
Unfortunately, no. While we make every effort to offer a vast majority of our product lines on the internet, we carry such an expansive inventory of new, used and one of a kind items that it is impossible to feature everything that is actually in the store. If you are looking for something that you don’t see on our website, please do not hesitate to call or e-mail us. We will be pleased to assist you with your purchase or special order. Yes, you can. You will never be charged a more expensive price for making a purchase in person. In fact, if you live in the local area we would be more than happy to be given the opportunity to offer you the personal service and assistance that Arlington Camera is famous for!

Does Arlington Camera have layaway?
Yes. We still offer layaway to our customers. The terms are a 25% deposit to start the layaway and the balance must be paid in full in 60 days.

Can I e-mail my digital images to you to be processed and pick them up later?
Yes, we are proud to offer online processing services. Simply upload your images onto your computer and e-mail them to picprints@gmail.com.  Specify when you want your pick-up time to be and we’ll have them ready for you when you come in.

Can you recover lost images from my digital memory card?

Can you repair my camera?
We do not repair in house.  However, we can send your product to the manufacturer’s repair facility or give you the address to send it to, whichever is more convenient for you.  For more information on repairs click here.
