Return Policy

Arlington Camera wants you to be satisfied with your purchases. Our sales staff makes every effort to provide the information you need and direct you with product recommendations according to your needs. However, if you are not happy with your purchase you may exchange it or return it for store credit within 14 days according to the conditions and exclusions listed below. You may return items purchased from us either in person at our store, or by the shipping method of your choice.

Conditions for Exchange or Return:

We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused and in the original condition as when purchased. 

Items must be complete with all manufacturer’s packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories in original, unaltered condition. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Film, photographic papers, chemistry

Batteries, bulbs, ink cartridges

Opened memory cards

Printers

All DJI drone products

Items that have been used, or are not in their original packaging

We guarantee our used gear to be in good working condition, and we offer a 30-day warranty. You may also take advantage of our 14-day return policy option if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it with the same or equivalent item as availability allows. Please be certain to notify us of any problems within 14 days. You may call us at 817.261.8131 or email websupport@arlingtoncamera.com.

How to Return by Shipping

Please contact us to obtain authorization for your return.

Place your item in its original packaging in an outer shipping box. Be certain to pack it carefully so the item is not damaged in transit.

Include a copy of your sales receipt and any additional contact information.

Ship it back to Arlington Camera by any method you choose. You are responsible for return shipping costs. You may want to insure the package to protect yourself from any damages or loss in transit.

We will contact you upon receipt of your return and complete the transaction as agreed.
