• Day Rental Rate is for 24 hours from time of equipment pick up.
• Weekend Rental Rate applies to equipment rented after 3pm on Friday and returned by 11am the following Monday.
• Special Discount: Equipment rented for a full week will be charged only a 4-day rate.
• Due to popular demand, we encourage you to reserve your equipment well in advance. Please contact the Rental Department at 817.261.8131 and make your reservations today!

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The person renting equipment from Arlington Camera accepts the merchandise described and agrees that it is in good working condition at the time it is received. The Lessee agrees to pay the Rental Rate for the period the merchandise is in his or her possession and further agrees to return the merchandise in good working condition at the end of the rental period. The Lessee also agrees to pay for any damages and/or loss of rented merchandise that may occur during the rental period. Repairs will be charged to the Lessee at current rates.

A full days’ Rental Rate will be charged even for a partial day use. The Lessee agrees to pay for any charges incurred to recover merchandise not promptly returned to Arlington Camera when requested. The Lessor retains title to the merchandise and the right to end the lease and take possession of the merchandise if it is not returned upon request.
