Photography is all about lighting, and lighting is the thing that most photographers struggle with. In his exclusive workshop with Arlington Camera, photographer Tom Maddrey will teach you how to “Untangle Light.”
Over the duration of the evening, Tom will take you from a simple lighting setup that everyone has in their house, to a three light strobe setup that will make professional images in seconds.
To create magnificent light, you need to understand light, and much of the course will be dedicated not to the technical specifics of equipment, but how to achieve the light you want with any light source. We will discuss using the sun, lightbulbs, lamps, windows, on camera flash, pocket strobes, and full pro lighting gear.
